Here's a review of a new 1/48 sheet from Twobobs.

Enough markings for two complete jets with options for five.  Very historically relevant markings for one of the first F-4 Weasel squadrons from the Vietnam Conflict. Many of the jets include nose inscriptions.

  • F-4Cs:
  •    637423
  •    637470
  •    637474
  •    640791
  •    640840

Recommended Kit:

  • Hasegawa F-4C Phantom II

The decals are beautifully printed, and are clear and sharp. The white markings are nice and bright. Some of the markings are 2 piece decals, ensuring proper color and registration.

There are 2 decal sheets included. the larger main sheet and a smaller one with the nose art.

The instructions contain color painting and marking guides as well as a detailed description of the F-4C Wild Weasel IV by Joseph F. Baugher. In addition, a short biography of General Richard B. Meyers, who served as a pilot with 67th TFS.

Thanks to Two Bobs for the review sample.
