The "P-38 Lightnings" never gets old. Tally Ho! from Czech Republic is bringing us a couple of great decal sheets for this WWII Classic Fighter Plane, the 72nd scale (number 72 037) and 48th scale (number 48 032). Both sheets offer options for four aircraft : three from ETO and one from Pacific Theater.

P-38J-15 "Down Beat"  of Maj. Dick Bong, Fifth Fighter Command, Nadzab, 1944

P-38J-10 "Sharkmouth" of 385th FS, 364th FG, Honington, 1944

P-38J-15 "Happy Jack's Go Buggy" flown by Capt. Jack Ilfrey of 20th FG, 79th FS, April 1944

P-38J-10 "My Dad" flown by Capt. James "Slick" Morris of 20th FG, 77th FS, March 1944

The decals are in perfect register, nose arts very well done, national insignias and propeller stencils are included. The instruction sheet is both in Czech and English.

Another great piece from this manufacturer.  Thank you Tally Ho! (Kamil Meluzin) for reviewed samples.
