This is a new decal sheet from Cutting Edge Modelworks.  The sheet includes markings for 3 different Thunderbolts in 1/48 scale.

The first plane is a P-47D-30-RE #42-27210 of the 509th FS, 405th FG in Spring 1945.  This plane is Olive Drab on top and barematal on the sides and underside.  The nose art features a scantily clad woman in black lingerie and the text "LOOK NO HANDS" on the side of the fuselage in front of the canopy.  The engine cowling is red and the base of the canopy is red as well.  This plane also sports some D-day stripes.
The second plane is a P-47D-15-RE flown by Lt. Robert Yeager (5 victories) of the 40th FS in the 35FG in PTO, in 1944.  This plane is a Olive drab on the top and sides and Neutral Grey on the underside with a red engine cowl and white tail.  The nose art is of a naked woman.
The third plane is a P-47D-25-RE # 42-26628 of the 62nd FS, in Boxted in July 1944.  This plane is Olive Drab on top and barematal on the sides and underside.  The engine cowling is red with nose art featuring a naked woman with the text "Miss Fire".  This particular aircraft has 22 kill markings as well as red text that says "Rozzie Geth II".
This plane also has a yellow rudder and a red front cowl ring on the engine.

The decals were flawlessly printed and the clear carrier film is trimmed very close to the crisply printed colored areas, which is always good to see.  Some of the decals are in 2 layers to ensure perfect register.  Extra national insignia fuselage decals are supplied depending whether you display the supercharger door open or closed.

There instructions are clear and an extra pages of text instruction as well as stencil placement line drawings are included with a small bit of info on each plane.

A very nice product and highly recommended.

I would like to thank Cutting Edge Modelworks for providing me with this review sample.
