Part 16 are all
new ones. All built for the ARC reserve group build. All are 1/72 scale
Hasegawa modern issue Phantoms. One a "S", one a "N"
and the last a "RF-4C".

The first the
grey, grey and grey camo job on a old Airfix stand. Add ons are the
Superscale decals, and pilots from a Hasegawa F-14 which has recently been
painted pink by my youngest daughter. The pilots ejected and ended up in
the new Phantom S. Markings are a test pattern used by VF-301 in the
early 80's.
The
second Phantom is a "N' OOB except for what I "think" were
Eagle strike decals. They were in the spare box for many years, until the
group build gave me a reason to use them. The model represents VF-301 in
1976.
The last one is a
RF-4C of the Alabama air national guard. This one was a gift from Uncle Rick of
Calgary. I just had to accomplish his challenge of building it within a week.
Did it on a weekend actually. Not a show winner, No weathering what-so-ever.
Just the fancy decals that came in the box. Thanks Uncle Rick!!!!!
Part 17 is now on
the desk under construction.
