I built this plane
in a armed reconnaissance configuration. The painting was inspired by some
Russian Afganistan-camoflage shemes (Mi-24, Su-25 and so on..). This time I was
trying to do the camoflage in free-hand-technique, and I think the result is not so
bad!!
Now I am working on
my Su-collection in 1/48. My next Suchoi is a Su-27 (I'm searching for the right
paint sheme), than it would be a Su-15 TM (Trumpeter), I have a Su-35 and I
will modify this kit into a Su-32 or -34, and last but not least I've got a OZE-kit of a Su-25 UBK and
I will convert this into a Su-39. The only
Su- I've missed is a Su-24, but I have patience......and there is the possibility to
build it myself, it would not be the first time.

This kit has,
except the cockpit (I've used an ARIES mod-kit) a very good quality. I
only modified the the flaps, the wingnoses and the finebase (the kit
includes the wrong parts). At least it was great fun to build this kit....there
is another one in preparation....
