F-22 Egg Plane

This is the Hasegawa F-22 Egg Plane kit.  It is another great kit from Hasegawa.  This was built as an aircraft from Alaska.  I mixed a little silver into the paint to get the Raptor Sheen (a tip I picked up on the ARC Forums).  I like to build my aircraft in flight so I needed a base.

I used some Balsa Foam to carve a mini Mount Mckinley for my Raptor to fly over.  Some thick white paint was used for the snow.  A picture of the squadrons patch was inserted into the base and covered with a few layers of Modge Podge to make it look like it was frozen under the ice.

A silly little kit for my favorite week of the year.
