This
is the 1/48 Hasegawa F-16 kit built as a What If USAF F-16C Block 30.
The paint scheme was inspired by a post in the What If Models thread
by Trigger. The decals were from an Eagle Strike sheet.

I
scratchbuilt the pitot tube and the Maverick missile rails. The scab
plates were scratchbuilt using aluminum tape based off stencils provided
by Daniel Perez Vertti. The AGM-65s were from the Monogram A-10 kit.
The rest of the load out was OOB.
I wanted a different, but
simple F-16 scheme and the profile Trigger posted in the What If thread
fit the bill. For camo, I used Krylon River rock for the topside,
and Krylon Pewter Gray for the underside. The main canopy section
was tinted using a mix of Tamiya Smoke and Yellow. The panel lines
were highlighted using Flory Models Dark Dirt wash.
Hope you enjoyed this What If
F-16.
