Well not much needs to be said about this aircraft. The A-26C Invader is the old Monogram kit from the 1993 era.  This was a "Club Build" project.

The Invader was part of this years "Korean War" theme.  Some members built aircraft while others built armor for that particular period in history.

Aircraft History:

A-26C Invader ---

The Douglas Invader's design was started in January 1941.  The A-26 made its European operation debut during the autumn of 1944 and its first Pacific appearance early in 1945.  The A-26C, appeared in 1945 and saw limited war-service.  In the Korean War the Invader proved ideal for close support and night intruder operations, and saw service with a number of air forces until the late 1960's.
